Payment and Cancellations

We accept cash and e-transfers as our preferred payment methods.

Credit card payments are also available, subject to a 3% surcharge when processed through our PayPal account. Please choose the option that works best for you!

 Please note that a 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel within this timeframe, a late cancellation fee apply, which can be up to $50 depending on the circumstances. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of a no-show, a fee of $100  per day will be charged. Thank you for your understanding! 

All course purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds for any used or unused portions. However, we understand that circumstances may change, so courses can be transferred to another person if needed. Thank you for your understanding!

All deposits paid are non-refundable. Please ensure you are committed before making a deposit, as this policy is in place to protect our services and resources. 

If you are unable to complete your course for any reason, it will remain valid 12 months. Depending on your situation, we can also transfer your course to another PADI dive center. Your diving journey is important to us, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

 While we cannot guarantee shipping items, please rest assured we will do our utmost to assist throughout the process. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we're here to help!
